Job Requirements:

As a Cloud Sales and Partnership Executive focused on Value Added Reseller (VAR) Software Sales, you will be instrumental in expanding IRIS' global presence by developing and maintaining strategic VAR partnerships. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing sales strategies to drive software adoption among partners.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive software adoption among partners
  • Launch new technologies and facilitate customer maximization of IRIS software products
  • Collaborate closely with partners on sales and marketing initiatives, offering support for product demonstrations, offer preparation, and solution implementation
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing and R&D teams to ensure alignment of partner and customer needs with product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct sales meetings, communicate progress with senior management, and engage in industry events to promote the IRIS brand and nurture partnerships

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in software sales, especially in B2B or with VARs
  • Background in cloud services, data management, or related fields is highly advantageous
  • Sincere passion for high-tech solutions, cloud computing, and automation
  • Results-driven with ability to independently meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on long-term growth and success for both IRIS and its partners
  • Proficient in English and French to facilitate seamless communication in diverse international settings
