Your mission?
As our new Sales Representative focused on Value Added Reseller (VAR) Software Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding IRIS' reach by building and nurturing strategic VAR partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Hunting & Developing VAR Partners: Identify, recruit, and grow new partnerships with Value Added Resellers. Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, transforming them into high-growth opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design, plan, and execute strategic sales programs aimed at driving software adoption among partners. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by aligning your approach with market opportunities.
- Technology Expert & Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, providing technical guidance on our solutions. Introduce new technologies and help customers maximize their usage of IRIS software products.
- Client Support & Engagement: Work closely with partners on sales and marketing strategies, providing support for product demonstrations, offer preparation, and solution implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and R&D teams to ensure alignment of partner and customer needs with product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Market Analysis & Targeting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine your approach and optimize partner performance, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.
- Leadership & Industry Engagement: Lead sales meetings, communicate progress with senior management, and actively participate in industry events to promote the IRIS brand and foster partnerships.
Your qualifications and skills?
- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in software sales, particularly in B2B or with VARs.
- Experience in cloud services, data management, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Passionate About Technology: A genuine enthusiasm for high-tech solutions, cloud computing, and automation. You are always excited to introduce new technologies to partners and customers.
- Strong Networker: Well-connected, with strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in your market, particularly within the provider network.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to independently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term growth and success for both IRIS and its partners.
- Multilingual: Fluency in English and French is essential to communicate effectively in international environments.
