Vos responsabilitésVotre mission principale en tant que représentant du développement des ventes (SDR) est d'identifier les opportunités potentielles pour l'équipe commerciale.
Qualifier les leads identifiés par le marketing (participants au webinaire, téléchargement d'ebook, …)
Exécuter le plan de stratégie commerciale
Trouvez des approches créatives pour entrer en contact avec des prospects
Comprendre les principaux avantages de la plateforme pour pouvoir identifier facilement les besoins des prospects et mettre en avant la valeur ajoutée de notre outil
Identifier les difficultés des prospects pour leur partager du contenu pertinent
Suivi des leads et planification des réunions pour les Business Developers
Consacrez ½ journée par semaine à votre programme d'entraînement personnel
Évoluez dans votre travail grâce au Sales Graduate Program
Donner des retours sur le terrain à l'analyste marketing pour ajuster les campagnes marketing
Organiser des séances de briefing avec les Business Developers sur les leads qualifiés pour aller plus loin dans le processus de vente
Suivez vos performances avec un tableau de bord hebdomadaire
ProfilVous n'avez pas peur de décrocher votre téléphone (30 à 50 appels/jour).
Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
Vous êtes professionnel et organisé.
Vous êtes une personne à l'écoute.
Vous avez envie d'apprendre et de grandir.
Vous êtes impliqué dans vos tâches et orienté vers les objectifs.
Le travail d'équipe est une de vos valeurs.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat. Le master est un plus.
Vous avez un grand intérêt pour la finance et la fintech.
