About the Role">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Partner Development team as a Sales and Partnerships Specialist. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies from across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiate conditions for collaboration
  • Analyze and understand the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Requirements">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (or other Eastern European language)
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
