Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, adopting agile best practices, resolving obstacles, and collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog.
- Candidates should have a proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies such as Kanban and SAFe is required.
- Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello is essential.
- A strong coaching background and conflict resolution skills are necessary to effectively resolve team conflicts.
