Functie Omschrijving
Als Salesforce Service Cloud Functionele Lead speel je een sleutelrol in nieuwe Salesforce-implementatieprojecten. Je helpt organisaties om maximale bedrijfswaarde uit Salesforce te halen door innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken en bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren en automatiseren. Je werkt samen met een projectteam om de behoeften van klanten te identificeren en analyseren, en ontwerpt, configureert, test en implementeert de juiste oplossingen. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden bouw je vertrouwen op bij klanten en leid je een team van consultants.
Vereisten
6 tot 10 jaar ervaring met Salesforce
Expertise in één of meerdere Salesforce-toepassingen, bij voorkeur Service Cloud, Experience Cloud en Public Sector Solutions
Kennis van Marketing Cloud is een plus
Minimaal twee geldige Salesforce-certificeringen, zoals Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, of Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
