Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van Salesforce-oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun specifieke bedrijfsbehoeften en uitdagingen te begrijpen.
Vereisten- 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring met Salesforce
- Expertise in één of meerdere Salesforce-toepassingen, bij voorkeur Service Cloud, Experience Cloud en Public Sector Solutions
- Kennis van Marketing Cloud is een plus
Je moet ook over sterke consultancyvaardigheden beschikken, waaronder analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen om complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen aan te pakken. Daarnaast moet je ervaring hebben met het configureren en optimaliseren van process automation, Flows, e-mailtemplates, documenttemplates, custom objects en velden, pagina-indelingen, beveiligingsinstellingen (profielen, permissiesets), Lightning Web Components en Visualforce.
