The successful candidate will lead our European reward framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a competitive and equitable reward system that attracts and retains top talent across our European operations. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to provide strategic advice and guidance on various reward initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with global GSL/UK&I/Intact Reward teams to ensure alignment of the European Reward Strategy and Annual Operating Plan
- Managing annual salary and bonus reporting, along with appropriate governance to meet Executive Pay and Solvency II obligations
- Providing advisory support to senior leaders on relevant Pay & Benefits plans
- BUILDING REWARD CAPABILITY ACROSS THE ORGANISATION AND PROVIDE ADVISE TO THE HR TEAM AND PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNERS
