We are looking for a talented individual to join our Complaints Team as a Complaints Intern. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaint intake and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding complaint status and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures.
