Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or student in their final year of studies to join our Complaints Team as a Complaints Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and complaint management, working closely with our experienced team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing customer complaints from intake to closure.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track complaint progress.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding complaint status and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures.
