We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Excel Careers. As an essential member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of management.

Apart from your administrative duties, you will also assist with financial tasks, payroll processing, and HR-related activities. If you have previous experience in office administration and possess strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you

  • Financial & Accounting Assistance: Manage invoices, process payments, and track expenditures
  • Human Resources & Payroll Support: Coordinate payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate submissions, maintain personnel records, and assist with employee onboarding procedures
  • Administrative Operations: Oversee office supplies, organize meetings, handle professional correspondence, and contribute to maintaining a tidy and organized office environment
