**About the Role**
As the Head of Energy & Sustainability, you will be responsible for driving innovation and taking our energy business to the next level. You will translate our commitments in energy and sustainability into concrete plans and actions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and strategy behind our sustainability and energy approach, implementing it with a team of internal and external collaborators.
- Analyze trends, data, and model them around sustainability while screening for risks and opportunities to lower our carbon footprint.
- Identify technological opportunities to optimize our portfolio's sustainability, considering environmental requirements, efficiency improvements, and innovation.
- Develop a business around energy (through investments & services) and sustainability, from an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Oversee global resource planning for Energy & Sustainability and act as a senior project leader for sustainability-enhancing projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide clients with innovative solutions and additional services.
- Manage the Energy & Sustainability team and maintain close contact with entities across different countries.
About You:
- You hold a master's degree and have at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in project and change management.
- You have a strong network within the energy and sustainability market.
- You can translate an innovative, visionary, and strategic approach into practical, efficient daily operations.
- You combine strategic vision and creative ideas with an entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of business operations.
- You are an excellent team player and people manager with outstanding communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with a can-do mentality.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business environment.
