Job Description

This position involves pursuing new business opportunities, securing new contracts, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Pursuing new business opportunities based on our strategic customer plan
  • Securing new contracts by managing RFQs, sending quote letters, leading negotiations, and convincing customers to award new business to Punch Powertrain
  • Managing customer accounts with a focus on achieving total customer satisfaction while safeguarding our interests
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between Punch Powertrain and the customer
