Job Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities based on our strategic customer plan
- Secure new contracts by managing RFQs, sending quote letters, leading negotiations, and convincing customers to award new business to Punch Powertrain
- Manage customer accounts with a focus on achieving total customer satisfaction while safeguarding our interests
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between Punch Powertrain and the customer
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and participate in strategic planning and pricing discussions.
