Global Account Executive

Punch Powertrain, a pioneering global automotive supplier, invites applications for an Account Manager Automotive position. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to the company's growth in the hybrid and electric arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on the company's strategic customer plan
- Secure new contracts through effective RFQ management, negotiation, and customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, prioritizing customer satisfaction while safeguarding Punch interests
- Foster open communication and coordination between Punch Powertrain and the customer
- Nurture a robust network at all levels, including top management within the customer organization
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, leveraging commercial and technical expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive commercial actions and ensure effective project execution
- Provide valuable insights on customer developments and business opportunities to the internal team, informing pricing strategies and target settings
- Coordinate and facilitate customer visits, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in Dutch, French, and/or German is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Account Manager in the Automotive industry
- Passionate about the automotive industry and committed to driving innovation
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Confidence in delivering sales presentations and engaging with customers
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously develop skills
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate across departments
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions
