Key Responsibilities

As a Business Manager at Cream Consulting, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our client portfolio
  • Recruiting future talent for our team of consultants
  • Managing the career development of our consultants
  • Negotiating client contracts
  • SUPPORTING clients in their development and guaranteeing their follow-up and success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development field in large and complex organizations or consulting companies
