Your roleAs one of our Belgium Expansion Managers, you will drive the growth of Fastned and contribute to our mission: giving freedom to the electric drivers. In this role you will help drive the growth of our locations in Belgium, especially the regions of Wallonia & Brussels, as we strive to build a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations on prime locations.
In concrete terms, this means you…
Expand our fast charging network in Belgium -with a focus on Wallonia and Brussels -by securing new locations from scouting to signed land leases or freeholds and by developing new partnerships (with both commercial landowners and local authorities) together with a highly skilled, international team.
Implement a strong network development plan for your focus area, while continuously expanding & managing the portfolio of contracted sites.
Have a keen eye for market developments and you know when to take advantage of the right opportunities. This includes monitoring policy development and understanding its impact on our development plans.
Help the team structure and streamline processes as much as possible to maximise effectiveness & efficiency.
Electric mobility is new territory for you? No problem As part of your onboarding, you will participate in a series of exciting workshops where you will learn everything important about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in a real estate environment.
You're a sales-driven, 'go-getter' mentality. You are a good communicator, with a problem-solving mindset.
An affinity with commercial and financial concepts, or a willingness to learn.
Fluency in French & English, Dutch is a plus.
You enjoy hitting the road across Belgium, exploring new locations and spotting exciting opportunities
You are a team-player and like learning new things.
You are highly motivated to accelerate the energy transition.

The recruitment process consists of 4 stages:

Online or office case-interview with the Expansion Lead Belgium and another member of the Expansion Team;
An office visit to meet members of the Belgium team
