Job Description: As a Cybersecurity Strategist at NVISO, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' cybersecurity posture. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of CISO consultants, collaborating with clients, assessing security maturity, developing security programs, conducting risk assessments, overseeing program implementation, providing updates, and holding steering committees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of CISO consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, risks, and unique security requirements
- Assess the security maturity of clients using industry-standard methods
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose security program that aligns with industry standards
- Drive the security program at clients, acting as the security champion
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee and support the implementation of the security program, including policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide updates to management on the 'state of security' at the client company
- Hold steering committees at the customer with relevant stakeholders to guide and adapt the security program
Requirements:
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor or equivalent
- Proven experience in being a CISO and/or having successfully implemented ISO27k at clients
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies and their application to cybersecurity
- Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
