About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and Improving Our Infrastructure: You will ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including the maintenance and improvement of our infrastructure, network, and applications.
- Providing Excellent IT Support: You will provide top-notch IT support to our team, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary.
- Collaborating with the Development Team: You will work closely with our software development team to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Staying Up-to-Date with the Latest Technologies: You will stay current with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the field of IT infrastructure and network management.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- You have experience with Docker, SQL servers, and Kubernetes (on-prem or in the cloud).
- You have experience with backup setup and maintenance as well as load balancing.
- You have experience with Microsoft administration environment.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French.
