Your Role in Our Adventure

  • Be the first point of contact: Identify and engage potential clients through both cold and warm outreach.
  • Presentation skills: Conduct demos that showcase how Wintro transforms recruitment processes.
  • Sales cycle management: Manage the sales cycle from the first call to final negotiations.
  • Strategy development: Work closely with our CEO to refine and scale our sales strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ensure seamless handovers to your customer success colleague and ensure that valuable customer feedback reaches the engineering team.
