Chief Information Security Officer

Jouw belangrijkste taak als Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is het definiëren van de informatiebeveiligingsstrategie op basis van een risicoanalyse. Hierdoor kun je garant staan voor de implementatie van een effectief beveiligingsplan binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle medewerkers zich bewust zijn van de belangrijkste risico's en voorkomen worden.
Werkzaamheden
Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden als CISO bestaan uit:
- Het opstellen van rapportages over de gevolgde acties en voortgang van de beveiligingsstrategie
- Het hosten van periodieke vergaderingen met andere afdelingen om beslissingen te nemen over nieuwe projecten en initiatieven die de beveiliging van de organisatie bevorderen
- Het werken met software tools om bedreigingen vast te stellen en een optimaal beveiligingsproces te ontwikkelen
- Je zal nauw samenwerken met andere teams, zoals ICT en juridische afdelingen om deze doelen te bereiken.
Relevante skills
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een information security team én 5 jaar ervaring in een management functie. Ook heb je ervaring in strategie ontwikkeling, risk management en audit. Verder bezit je leiderschap kwaliteiten en kan je goede relaties onderhouden. Je spreekt tenminste het Frans en/of Nederlands en het Engels is een pluspunt.
