Het beheren van commerciële leads: dit omvat loonsimulaties en advies rond loonoptimalisatie;
Het opstellen en indienen van commerciële voorstellen;
Het begeleiden van nieuwe klanten en opvolgen van hun klanttevredenheid tijdens en na hun aansluiting bij Salary Solution;
Het bijdragen aan de uitstraling van Salary Solution (door ons te vertegenwoordigen op netwerkevents en beurzen);
Actief deelnemen aan het leven van ons bedrijf, inclusief teamvergaderingen en teambuildingactiviteiten;
Profiel Ben jij een geboren netwerker met een passie voor payroll en commerciële uitdagingen? Wat zoeken wij in een Account Manager?
Commerciële feeling en intuïtie heeft;
Minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie
De regio Vlaams-Brabant door en door kent en bereid is daar zaken te doen
Kennis van payroll en de sociaal secretariaatsector is een mooie troef, maar geen must.
