BPV Test Lead Job Description We are seeking an experienced BPV Test Lead for a large-scale organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the final validation of IT solutions and products before they are handed over to business stakeholders and operational teams. Key Responsibilities: To develop and implement comprehensive risk assessments-based test plans that ensure quality standards are maintained across complex delivery trajectories. To align test requirements, delegate tasks effectively, and act as the primary link between Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and external partners. To manage test results and defects via dashboards, provide regular progress reports, identify opportunities to improve testing processes, and refine the overall QA strategy. This role requires approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position with in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies. Proficiency in Jira/Xray for defect management and Confluence for documentation is necessary. Additionally, BPV Test Lead s should possess strong background knowledge in risk-based testing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English (working language); Dutch is highly preferred for internal collaboration.,
