Als Compensation & Benefits Officer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor payroll en personeelsadministratie . Je staat in voor het volledige payrollproces en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze Compensation & Benefits-praktijken.Ben je ervaren (bij voorkeur binnen een sociaal secretariaat) en voel je je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving?Deze veelzijdige en centrale functie maakt van jou een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers voor alle Hard HR-topics .Volledige payrollbeheer : Je beheert de loonverwerking van medewerkers en uitzendkrachten van A tot Z, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid, deadlines en wettelijke conformiteit.Personeelsadministratie : Je zorgt voor de HR-administratieve opvolging en stelt sociale documenten op (contracten, addenda, verlof, attesten, enz.).HR-aanspreekpunt : Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over loon, personeelsadministratie en extralegale voordelen, met een servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.Sociale & juridische conformiteit : Je waakt over de naleving van de sociale wetgeving en arbeidsreglementering, in samenwerking met onze gespecialiseerde partners.Reporting & opvolging : Je stelt maandelijkse en jaarlijkse rapporten op met betrekking tot payroll en loonkosten.Beheer van externe partners : Je onderhoudt de contacten en opvolging met het sociaal secretariaat, Pluxee, verzekeraars en andere partners.Compensation & Benefits-projecten : Je draagt actief bij aan HR-projecten rond bonussen, cafetariaplan, groepsverzekeringen en de continue optimalisatie van onze Compensation & Benefits-praktijken.Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in payroll, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een sociaal secretariaat.Comfortabel in een veranderende omgeving, met een goede stressbestendigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit.Gestructureerd, autonoom , nauwkeurig en een echte teamspeler.Sterke servicegerichtheid , uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte mindset.Kennis van Presta en Mpleo is een belangrijke troef.Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands met goede kennis van het Frans.Individuele & collectieve bonusMaaltijdchequesCafetariaplan (multimedia, mobiliteit & warrants)Uitgebreide gezondheidsverzekering (hospitalisatie, tandzorg & ambulant)Groepsverzekering32 verlofdagen (20 wettelijke + 12 ADV)Français, Samenwerken, Législation sociale, Payroll et Salaire, Néerlandais, Stressbestendigheid, Optimisation, Compensation, Conformité légale, Frans, Suivi administratif, Communicatie, Sociale wetgeving, Servicegerichtheid, Rapporteren, Rédaction, Communication, Rapports mensuels, Sens du service, Respect des délais, Payroll, Rapport, Nederlands, Ressources humaines, Secrétariat Social
