pThe organisation is undertaking a multi-year transformation programme involving the migration of an existing central membership and financial management system, alongside the development of new, customised functionalities. /p pThe systems support the management of member data, contributions, premiums and benefits, as well as federal and regional processes. They integrate with accounting, SEPA payments and analytical reporting. /p pThe Senior Functional Analyst will translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and perform business analysis where required. /p h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience Technical Knowledge /h3 pMinimum 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in complex or regulated environments, such as finance, social security or the public sector. /p pStrong understanding of data modelling, process analysis and financial workflows, including contributions, settlements and SEPA payments. /p pExperience with ERP-like platforms, data migrations and functional integrations. /p pKnowledge of databases, queries, data structures and data flows. /p pExperience with Azure DevOps or comparable ticketing and test management tools. /p pExperience using AI tools for analysis, specifications, data mapping or documentation, with the ability to critically evaluate their output. /p h3Languages /h3 pbDutch and French /b: professional proficiency. /p h3What the Role Offers /h3 pA key position in a strategic, multi-year transformation programme. /p pThe opportunity to contribute to the development of a modern, modular platform. /p pA meaningful impact on service quality, data accuracy and operational efficiency. /p pA hybrid working environment, with regular on-site collaboration in Brussels. /p
