• Analyze current business processes and application landscape.
• Gather, challenge and refine business requirements.
• Define functional requirements for a new microservices ecosystem.
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with architects, tech leads and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation strategy and organizational change. Profile
• Proven experience as a Senior Functional Analyst, Domain Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong architectural understanding and helicopter view.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with legacy modernization and microservices environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Critical mindset, capable of challenging assumptions and driving decisions.
• Dutch and English are mandatory. Practical Information Brussels (1 day onsite per week) Start ASAP Long-term assignment until end of 2027
