Functieomschrijving? Rekrutering & Talent Acquisition: beheren van het volledige selectieproces en organiseren van wervingscampagnes
? Onboarding & Employee Engagement: begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en organiseren van interne evenementen
? HR-administratie & Payroll ondersteuning: opvolgen van afwezigheden, tijdsregistratie en personeelsdossiers beheren
? Communicatie & Employer Branding: zorgen voor een sterke interne communicatie en uitdragen van de bedrijfscultuur
? HR-projecten: meewerken aan initiatieven om HR-processen te verbeteren en optimaliseren
Bachelor in HR, Bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting
2-3 jaar ervaring in een HR-rol met focus op rekrutering
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plus
Discreet, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
Goed met MS Office, ervaring met HR-software is een plus
Een uitdagende en afwisselende HR-functie binnen een internationale omgeving
