Optimiser le flux de valeur via le ART Assurer la valeur de l'ART Suivre la planification (PI/Livraison) pour des décisions éclairées Gérer les risques et les dépendances Identifier et signaler les goulots d'étranglement Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour aligner stratégie et exécution2. Coacher les membres du PGT pour suivre les processus Assurer le bon fonctionnement du PGT Faciliter les réunions du PGT et encourager l'amélioration continue Favoriser la prise de décision collective Promouvoir la collaboration entre PGTs3. Coaching
Coach des leaders, équipes et Scrum Masters dans les pratiques Agiles. Encourager la collaboration entre Équipes de Livraison et Équipe de Gouvernance de Programme. Stimuler l'amélioration continue via des ateliers d'inspection et d'adaptation4. Facilitation
Faciliter la préparation de la Planification PI Faciliter les événements d'échelle et soutenir la prise de décision Favoriser la communication transversale au sein de l'ARTVotre profil
