Admin Intellectual Property Assistant

Vous assurez le suivi administratif complet des procédures liées à la protection et au maintien des droits de propriété intellectuelle. Vous gérez la correspondance avec les clients, les agents internationaux ainsi que les instances officielles telles que l'Office européen des brevets. Vous veillez à l'enregistrement, la mise à jour et la bonne tenue des bases de données relatives aux droits protégés. Vous effectuez certaines tâches de comptabilité de base. Vous apportez un soutien administratif général à l'équipe. Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d'un bachelier, idéalement en office management, secrétariat juridique ou traduction. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans une fonction administrative, de préférence dans un environnement structuré. Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et vous maîtrisez très bien le néerlandais et l'anglais. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome et avez le sens du détail. Vous appréciez travailler dans une petite structure à l'ambiance chaleureuse et ouverte à l'international. Une opportunité stable dans une entreprise réputée dans son domaine.
