We strive to build a sustainable future for agriculture by connecting innovation, customers, and society.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Collaborate with our team and engage with customers to define the crop strategy over a 3-5 year horizon.Optimize and maximize the footprint of our solutions for the designated crop.Develop a go-to-market strategy that involves the sales team, distributors, and farmers.Support our regulatory team to ensure compliance with launch timelines and implement necessary adaptations.Oversee market analysis, competitive intelligence, and regulatory monitoring for the crops you manage.Collaborate with the controlling and supply team to support budget proposals and create 3-year forecasts.Work closely with the technical team to establish protocols for evaluating the benefits of our solutions.Partner with the campaign manager to develop communication plans that foster product demand and enhance our positioning.Present our portfolio range and market approach to support the sales team and engage with customers effectively.WHAT YOU OFFER You are passionate about farming and have a genuine interest in agricultural practices.You hold a degree in Agronomical Engineering, Bio-engineering, or a similar field.You possess excellent foundational knowledge in agronomy, specifically for crops such as cereals, corn, vegetables, or potatoes.Experience in sales or marketing within the crop protection or seeds sector is an advantage.You are enthusiastic, a team player, and able to work independently while demonstrating innovative thinking and a strong customer orientation.You are an effective communicator, both orally and in writing, and you are fluent in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.WHAT WE OFFER Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed and collaborative team.Competitive compensation including attractive benefits as well as excellent career opportunities in an international company..Development discussions and programs so that you can reach your full potential.A dynamic team with enthusiastic colleagues.Onboarding to help you settle in quickly, ensuring you are part of the BASF team from day one.A good work-life balance.HOW TO REACH US Do you have any questions about the application process or the job?
