Zurich Insurance Benelux has an excellent opportunity for you to become our Affinity Business Growth and Product Lead As a part of our strategy to accelerate our growth in the business, Zurich Insurance Benelux has recently established an Affinity department. As a Business Growth and Product Lead you will become a part of this Affinity team and play a crucial role in the development, both in commercial opportunities and in product development by optimizing the go-to-market of existing products and by introducing new products and distribution models. You will report directly to the Head of Affinity Benelux and work closely with the Affinity Program Lead. This is a fulltime hybrid role where you will be based out of our office in The Hague in the Netherlands or our office in Zaventem in Belgium, with regular travel to clients within Benelux. Key Accountabilities You will scan the (Affinity) market for constant evolutions and opportunities. You will identify trends and products that Zurich Affinity could distribute via their trusted partners or via alternative distribution channels. In collaboration with our technical experts, you will create a comprehensive go-to-market plan and drive this to success. You are not afraid to take on a challenge and set the bar high. You will be part of the journey on profitable growth of the department. Your responsibilities include: Research Marketing Developing growth opportunities in line with the business plan, in close collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders Build an implementation planning from concept to an actionable client offering within the optimal Target Operating Model Product development Acting on trends/changes in the (Affinity) market/internal developments Collaborates within the guidelines and principles with the local or group underwriters Business development Optimize market penetration of the existing products Create and execute go-to-market plan Contribute to a long-term profitable growth What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in go-to market responsibility Insurance experience is a plus but not a must Independent in your work, but team player at heart Fluent in Dutch and English, with French being an desirable asset Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills We offer An international, entrepreneurial, and informal working environment with professional growth and development opportunities.
