Préparer, planifier et superviser quotidiennement les chantiers de prestige à Bruxelles, notamment à Uccle. Gérer les équipes internes et les sous-traitants avec efficacité. Servir d'interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) entre le maître d'ouvrage, les architectes, les bureaux d'études et les autres intervenants. Assurer la conformité des projets avec les délais, les budgets et les standards de qualité et de sécurité. Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer le reporting régulier. Suivre les métrés, valider les états d'avancement et contribuer aux évaluations mensuelles. Proposer des solutions techniques en cas d'imprévus ou de modifications sur site. Diplôme Ingénieur en Construction 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction, notamment sur des projets de prestige ou de classe 8. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Project, Excel, etc.). Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, autonomie et leadership naturel. Bon(ne) communicateur(trice) et capacité à fédérer une équipe autour des objectifs. Permis de conduire B indispensable (déplacements réguliers dans la région de Bruxelles, notamment Uccle).
