Job Description:
Als Quality Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitscultuur binnen de organisatie. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het opleiden van collegas, zoals machineoperatoren, omtrent deze materie.
Takenpakket:
Opstellen, implementeren en borgen van kwaliteitssystemen volgens normen en richtlijnen. Onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem conform wetgeving, ACS, bedrijfsstandaarden en klanteneisen. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, HACCP en hygiëne binnen de organisatie. Volgen van kalibraties en validaties, en up-to-date houden van kwaliteitsdocumentatie. Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits (bijv. BRC, Riskplaza, Bio, Koosjer, Halal, FCA) en contactpersoon voor controlerende instanties. Uitvoeren van HACCP- en hygiënerondgangen en opvolgen van de actuele stand van zaken met vertegenwoordigers vanuit productie. Behandelen van klachten in samenwerking met de Plant Manager. Analyseren van trends en implementeren van verbeteracties bij product- of procesafwijkingen. Rapporteren aan de Plant Manager. Candidate Profile: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring binnen de voedingssector of een kwaliteitsfunctie. Minimaal een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting (bijv. voedingstechnologie of biochemie). Sterke kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en praktische toepassing hiervan. Ervaring met people management. Leergierig, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail, met goed georganiseerde administratie. Hands-on mentaliteit, oplossingsgericht en streven naar win-win situaties. Teamplayer met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Kritisch ingesteld en durft anderen te wijzen op het niet correct naleven van regels en procedures. Vloeiend in Nederlands.Jobgerelateerde competenties:
Uitwerken en aanpassen van kwaliteitsprocedures en controleren van de toepassing. Opvolgen en analyseren van kwaliteitsgegevens. Bewaken en evalueren van de veiligheid van het geneesmiddelengebruik (bijwerkingen, etc.). Voorzien, beheren en actueel houden van documentatiemateriaal. Personeelsleden bewustmaken van en opleiding geven over kwaliteit. Analyseren van gevallen van non-conformiteit en aanbevelen van corrigerende acties.
