The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in drafting B2B gas sales contracts for European markets (Benelux and French market). As a member of the Contract Structuring B2B Estero team at Eni . you will be responsible for : Translate business and market requirements into a clear, precise and understandable gas sales contract and granting the final approval of all standard clauses and non-standard offers for B2B gas sales in Europe. Support and advise our sales department to offer a coherent, consistent and effective product matching customer’s needs while safeguarding Eni .’s position. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including legal, sales, credit, operations, … and manage the complexity of merging their feedbacks and their needs into the contract. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : University degree in a related area, studies in law would be a plus. Previous experience in the gas energy sector is a plus Excellent understanding of and experience in drafting contracts, experience in the European energy world is recommended. French is your mother tongue, your knowledge of English is outstanding, good knowledge of Dutch would be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to play with words in the required languages. Ability to understand and analyze complex legal and technical concepts. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in an international team and fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
