Ready to be part of what’s next?As our Marketing Director here at Peripass, you’ll be the owner of all marketing activities and resources driving our go-to-market across, but not limited to, the following domains:Product marketing: ensuring that the positioning and narrative of our product are spot on. You’ll work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams, making sure product capabilities are translated into clear, compelling messages for different buyer personas and customer segments.Marketing communication: making sure our brand continues to grow into a trusted name in the European B2B Enterprise market. You’ll decide on marketing spend in a smart and impactful way across PR, storytelling, campaign management, event planning, and more, to maximum brand impactDemand generation: shaping and executing a strong strategy with both internal and external teams, aimed at creating a predictable and high-quality flow of qualified leads. You’ll own the numbers: tracking and reporting on performance and acquisition costs from MQL to deal across channels and regions.Sales collaboration: working hand-in-hand with our European sales team, you’ll deliver content and tools that help attract, engage, and convert prospects throughout the sales cycle.You’ll work in close tandem with Leander, our CEO and Founder, and our Sales Director, playing a key role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy.What we offerAs Marketing Director, you’ll step into a strategic leadership role. Your vision will define how we position Peripass in the market, and your decisions will directly shape how we grow today and in the long run.This is your chance to scale a marketing engine. You’ll work side by side with the leadership team, drive key strategic initiatives, and play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across Europe. From brand to pipeline, from positioning to performance —> you’ll lead it all.You’ll be surrounded by a talented and down-to-earth team that’s building something ambitious step by step, launch by launch, and campaign by campaign. The (bike) highway will get you here in no timeCome on, blow us away with your credentials You will, if you have:You hold a bachelor or master degree.You have a solid experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech scale-up environment targeting Enterprise customers.You're a natural talent in storytelling with the ability to zoom out and explain complex problems and solutions in a simple way.You combine creativity with analytical thinking: you can develop strong messaging and campaigns, but also track performance, draw insights, and continuously improve results.You have strong people management skills, both for your in-house team and for external partners or freelancersYou thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and you know how to focus on what really matters without losing sight of long-term goals.You have a strong mastery of English (spoken and written).You can join us at the Peripass HQ in Gent for at least 3 days a week, because especially in your position and in our growth phase, that’s where the magic happens.
