Piloter la conception et l'exécution des installations techniques (HVAC, électricité, plomberie, sécurité incendie…) depuis l'étude jusqu'à la mise en service. Coordonner les équipes internes, bureaux d'études, architectes et sous-traitants spécialisés afin de garantir la bonne intégration des techniques spéciales dans le projet global. Planifier et suivre l'avancement du chantier, en veillant au respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité. Préparer et animer les réunions de coordination techniques, assurer le suivi des décisions et la communication entre les parties prenantes. Contrôler la conformité des installations avec les normes réglementaires, environnementales et de sécurité, tout en optimisant l'efficacité énergétique. Gérer les aspects contractuels et financiers liés aux lots techniques, y compris le suivi budgétaire, les avenants et la validation des factures. Assurer la réception et la mise en service des systèmes techniques, et organiser la phase de handover avec le client final. Diplôme d'ingénieur en construction, génie civil ou électromécanique Minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur des projets en techniques spéciales Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion et de modélisation (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project…) Capacité à fédérer, à communiquer efficacement et à anticiper les imprévus Organisation, esprit analytique et autonomie sont vos atouts majeurs L'opportunité de contribuer à un projet emblématique qui marquera votre carrière Une expérience au sein d'un groupe international solide et innovant Une culture de travail collaborative où vos idées sont valorisées Un package salarial compétitif et des avantages extra-légaux attractifs
