Als Service Manager is jouw hoofdtaak ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening wordt gewaarborgd en de afstemming tussen Business en IT wordt vergroot. In jouw rol zal je:
Eigenaar zijn van verschillende processen: Incident Management, Problem Management en Release Management voor je applicaties of services; Verantwoordelijk zijn voor proactieve dienstverlening voor incidentenbeheer door de implementatie van bewakingsoplossingen voor je applicaties of services; Zorgen voor optimale afstemming met Service Operations, met name met betrekking tot onderhoud of het beheer van ICT-interventies; Nauw samenwerken met Service en Quality Managers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de kwaliteit en naleving van processen binnen IT; Een essentieel aanspreekpunt zijn voor de coördinatie die nodig is voor incidentenbeheer, probleemoplossing of IT-interventie tussen Business en IT.Profielomschrijving
Welke opleiding en ervaring verwachten we van jou?
Wij vragen geen specifiek diploma. Liever hebben wij dat je over de juiste mindset en ervaring beschikt voor deze vacature; Minimaal 6 jaar relevante professionele ervaring als Service Manager.Wat moet je kunnen en kennen?
Goede kennis van Agile-methodologieën; Ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een agile kader; Bekendheid met Java en interesse in IT-architectuur; Ervaring of oprechte interesse in verandermanagement; Vermogen om een grote hoeveelheid informatie te integreren; Goede kennis van Service Delivery Management volgens de ITIL-methodologie; Begrip van de werking en het beheer van ICT-systemen; Goede kennis van applicatieontwikkeling en procesbeheer; Voldoende softskills om een team te leiden dat bestaat uit zowel junior als senior profielen, maar ook interne ambtenaren en externe consultants van diverse externe partners.Welke talen beheers je?
Je komt terecht in een tweetalige omgeving en daarom is Kennis van Frans noodzakelijk voor een effectieve deelname aan vergaderingen en discussies met andere specialisten.
