Join Our Team as a Service Manager

At Getronics, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT support services that align with our customers' business needs. We are looking for a Service Manager to drive continuous improvement, ensure user-friendly support services, and enhance service quality across our IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of IT support services with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that user support services align with business and customer needs.
  • Monitor service health, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Use performance indicators, user feedback, ticket reviews, and market analysis to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Contribute to and manage IT service improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, including service descriptions, user guides, FAQs, quick guides, and web pages.
  • Prepare and conduct service review reports and meetings with stakeholders, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

  • Ability to quickly understand business needs and user expectations.

  • Highly autonomous with a results-driven approach.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Experience with a broad range of IT services in a corporate environment.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification (or willingness to obtain it within the first three months of employment if not already certified).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Service Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing IT services under the ITIL framework.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and oral).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on high-quality outcomes.
  • Stress-resilient and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with strong empathy and collaboration skills.
