Beheren van het volledige rekruteringsproces: van vacaturepublicatie tot contractondertekening Opstellen en publiceren van vacatureteksten Contact onderhouden met managers om hun noden goed te begrijpen Actief voeren van interviews en kandidaten voorstellen aan hiring managers Onderhouden van contacten met externe bureaus, vooral in Vlaanderen Organiseren en deelnemen aan jobbeurzen en employer branding activiteiten Meedenken over nieuwe wervingskanalen en rekruteringsstrategieën Ondersteuning bieden bij bredere HR-projecten: opleidingen, loopbanen, administratie Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, Psychologie, Communicatie of een gelijkaardig domein 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in rekrutering of HR Taalvaardig: moedertaal Frans en zeer goed Nederlands Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, je kan zelfstandig een interview voeren Enthousiast, proactief en organisatorisch sterk Je bent autonoom, maar werkt ook graag samen in een klein en dynamisch HR-team Lange termijn en voltijds contract Aantrekkelijk salaris aangevuld met extra-legale voordelen.
