Decathlon Belgium is looking for a passionate leader to ensure the physical and psychological safety of our teams and partners across Belgium.In collaboration with all our teams (stores, headquarters, circular business models,...), you'll be at the heart of the action:Design and deployment: You'll design the health and safety standards for the entire country and ensure they are properly implemented. Risk management: Your analytical mind will enable you to detect risks, assess their severity, and find sustainable solutions to eliminate or reduce them. Your approach is results-oriented.Assessment and control: You'll regularly assess safety conditions on the field to guarantee an optimal working environment.Compliance: You'll be responsible for ensuring the group's safety policy is implemented at the national level.Training: You'll share your expertise with the teams to make them self-sufficient on safety issues. Jobprofiel You have experience in functional and human team management. Your collaborative spirit is your greatest asset. You know how to bring teams together around a common goal and you have a true strategic sense.You have a strong sense of humility and a natural listening posture, always seeking to understand the bigger picture. You are a results-oriented person with a strong ability to anticipate and solve problems.As an excellent organizer, you are comfortable with a flexible work organization. You know how to prioritize and make objective decisions.We are also looking for a profile with : Technical skills: You have proven expertise in safety processes in different areas (retail, logistics, production, etc.). You hold a Level 2 Prevention Advisor qualification and are motivated to pursue Level 1.Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.Ready to Play ?
