Als Risk Manager bij VDFin/DIL ben je een belangrijke leider in een dynamisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van financiële en niet-financiële Risk. U zal een transformatie leiden waarbij nauwe communicatie wordt onderhouden met andere stakeholders en het hoofdkantoor. Het team bestaat uit drie personen die gespecialiseerd zijn in financieel risico, operationeel risken outsourcing. Wat wordt jouw rol? Leiden van financiële en niet-financiële risicobeheer Identificatie, evaluatie en change cultuur van financiële risico's Ontwikkelen en implementeren van risicobeheerstrategieën Voorbereiden van rapporten volgens IFRS9-standaarden met key factoren als PD, LGD, EAD Validaties uitvoeren voor diverse modellen (incl. Scorecards, PD Model en LGD Model Beheren van operationeel risicokader en uitbestedingsregelingen Toezicht houden op risicorapportage en naleving van regelgeving Begeleiden van team en bevorderen van risicobewuste cultuur Gaat dit over jou? Masterdiploma in Financiën, Risicobeheer, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied Kennis van Residual & Credit Risk Bewezen ervaring op het gebied van financieel risicobeheer en operationeel risico Sterk begrip van wiskundige en statistische tools en het belang van adequate gegevens Begrip van uitbestedingsprocessen en bijbehorende risico's Vermogen tot strategisch denken Uitstekende klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossend vermogen Uitstekende leiderschaps-, change en teammanagementvaardigheden Effectieve communicatievaardigheden in het Engels; kennis van Frans of Nederlands is een belangrijke toegevoegde waarde Kennis van relevante regulatory framework opzetten Waarom kiezen voor Volkswagen D’Ieteren Finance?
