Il candidato ideale avrà una profonda comprensione del panorama dei finanziamenti europei e una comprovata esperienza nel settore.
Principali attività
•Identificare le opportunità di finanziamento: ricercare e identificare programmi di finanziamento dell'Ue e opportunità che corrispondono agli obiettivi, alle iniziative e alle progettualità di Edison
•Sviluppo delle proposte: accompagnare le Business Unit dell'azienda, in coordinamento con la funzione Finanza Agevolata della Divisione Finance, nella preparazione e nella presentazione di proposte di finanziamento solide
•Supporto durante la fase implementativa: nella fase di implementazione dei progetti finanziati, l'EU Funding Officer supporterà le figura che sarà stata individuata per garantire la conformità alle normative e linee guida europee, fungendo da focal point nelle relazioni con le controparti istituzionali
•Coinvolgimento degli stakeholder: attivare network e collaborare con stakeholder esterni per garantire un adeguato supporto all'efficace realizzazione dei progetti
•Advocacy: contribuito alle azioni di advocacy nell'ambito dei programmi di finanziamento europei
Profilo ideale
•Conoscenza approfondita dei meccanismi di finanziamento dell'UE: comprensione approfondita di vari programmi di finanziamento dell'UE, tra cui Horizon Europe, CEF, Innovation Fund, Fondi di Coesione, Life, ecc...
•Esperienza nella redazione di proposte: comprovata esperienza nella scrittura di proposte di finanziamento solide, con eccellente attenzione ai dettagli e forti capacità analitiche
•Competenze di gestione dei progetti: capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente, con forti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
•Conoscenza normativa: comprensione delle normative europee, in particolare dei requisiti di conformità dei progetti
•Competenze comunicative: eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale, con la capacità di presentare informazioni complesse in modo chiaro e conciso
•Gestione degli stakeholder: forti capacità interpersonali, con la capacità di costruire e mantenere relazioni con una gamma diversificata di stakeholder
•Competenze di problem-solving: pensiero creativo e strategico con la capacità di trovare soluzioni innovative alle sfide
•Competenze linguistiche: padronanza di italiano e inglese. La padronanza del francese è considerata un asset
