FunctieomschrijvingUw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn voornamelijk gericht op: - Klanten winnen, behouden en ontwikkelen door middel van verkoopactiviteiten, waarbij de potentiële account correct wordt beoordeeld als winstgevend, significant of strategisch om winnende biedingen veilig te stellen - Het doen van acquisitiewerkzaamheden zoals het afnemen van klantbezoeken en het rapporteren van deze bezoeken in het CRM-systeem; - Bouwt vertrouwen op bij klanten door geïnformeerd te worden over de zaken van de klant en de markt en ondersteunt klantenbehoud door samenwerking met alle middelen, inclusief het verkoopondersteuningsteam, de operaties en het lokale management. - Verantwoordelijk voor het vergroten van de brutowinst en het marktaandeel en het ontwikkelen van voortdurende relaties met nieuwe klanten - Reikt oplossingen aan op basis van klantbehoeften door gebruik te maken van branchekennis - Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf naar externe partijen en relaties; Overige taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitbrengen van bezoekrapporten; - Ondersteuning van het sales support team door het opstellen van offertes en het sluiten van overeenkomsten; - Opvolging van gemaakte aanbiedingen; - Het selecteren en nomineren van doelaccounts en het opvolgen van inkomende routeringsorders en / of verkoopleads; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyses; - Beheer van klachten van klanten; - .... Functie-eisen Aantoonbare verkoopervaring in de luchtvracht; Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van verkoopluchtvracht.
