Customer Service for the Medical Devices

As Customer Service OTC (Order to Cash) you will have following responsibilities: you manage the orders from A to Z you work on a daily basis in SAP you monitor the shipping and delivery of complex orders You work closely with sales, planning, logistics, finance departments You analyze the different processes and optimize them for the future You are the SPOC (single point of contact) for a group of customers and you develop a strong relationship with them You work on ad hoc projects (sales support, fairs and conferences, ...) As Customer Service OTC you have following profile: You have proven experience as Customer Service OTC (ideally in chemical, medical or pharmaceutical companies) You speak fluent English and Dutch (any other language is a plus) You work from Belgium (with 3 days of home office/week) You can work well in team You can develop strong relationships with people You are very solution oriented You can handle deadlines a great team of international colleagues a job with a strong meaning a very complete salary package 3 days of home office
