Description du poste VOTRE FONCTION Missions principales : Accompagner les managers dans la gestion des talents, la planification de la main-d'œuvre et la résolution des problématiques RH. Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH pour soutenir la croissance de l'aéroport. Conseiller sur la gestion du changement, la gestion des conflits et le développement des équipes. Collaborer avec les départements opérationnels pour comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et leur fournir des solutions RH adaptées. Analyser les données RH et effectuer des recommandations stratégiques sur les indicateurs clés (taux de rotation, satisfaction des employés, etc.). Promouvoir un environnement de travail inclusif et garantir une conformité avec les lois et les règlements locaux et internationaux. Profil recherché VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme universitaire en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou domaine similaire. 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, idéalement dans un environnement aéroportuaire ou similaire. Solides compétences en gestion de projets, en communication et en gestion du changement. Maîtrise des outils RH et des systèmes de gestion des talents. Une forte capacité à développer des relations interpersonnelles avec des collaborateurs à tous les niveaux.
