Als business partner HR zorg jij dat de processen rond rekrutering en selectie vlot verlopen.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correctie en kwalitatieve toepassing van de HR procedures en bent de link tussen de HR-afdeling en het management
- Je staat in voor het rekruterings
- en selectieproces van nieuwe medewerkers en van bestaande medewerkers die evolueren naar een andere interne functie
- Je geeft ondersteuning op vlak van opleidingen en evaluaties; je stelt de behoeftes van de medewerkers vast en zorgt voor de implementatie en opvolging van opleidingsplannen
- Je geeft je deskundig advies en volgt hierin steeds de interne HR-strategie
- Je stelt diverse reportings op en maakt hier analyses van
- Je werkt aan diverse verbeterprojecten zoals bijvoorbeeld het aanwezigheidsbeleid

- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma bij voorkeur in een personeelsrichting
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR-functie
- Je beschikt over een degelijke basiskennis van sociale wetgeving
- Je hebt voldoende kennis in HR-activiteiten en processen
- Je bent een vlotte communicator
- Je bent klantgericht en luistervaardig
- Je bent betrokken, resultaatgericht en positief ingesteld
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans uitstekend
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
