Tree Energy Solutions (TES) is a green hydrogen company supplying carbon-neutral energy on-demand at industrial scale.
The aim is to become a global leader in the future energy space and to provide Europe with renewable, affordable, and secure energy to diversify supply options and to help achieve the Net Zero agenda.
TES’s prime objective is to accelerate the energy transition by leveraging existing technologies to reach customers with green hydrogen, green gas and green power to accelerate the phase-out of fossil fuels and to adopt a circular carbon economy. To diversify its supply, TES is developing its portfolio in strategic locations across the Americas, Middle East and Australia.
To deliver on its ambitions TES is currently building a world class top management team. In parallel the organization is growing from 50+ employees today to several hundred by the end of next year.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible and accountable for:
- Driving the HR service delivery for all sites except Germany incl the coordination of the payroll internationally
- Taking the lead on all aspects of compensation & benefits: C&B questions, policies, etc.
- Giving advice on international employment related matters
- Drive, in close collaboration with Group People Director HR technology from decision[1]making to scoping and implementation
- Taking initiative to develop various HR processes, policies, and projects
- Educating employees about company policies and HR practices
- Compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help make better business decisions. This can relate to comp & ben, performance management, recruitment, etc.
- Compiling HR data and metrics from the human resource information system and payroll outputs
- Supporting recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
- Facilitating the implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
You will report into the Group People Director who is also based in Belgium. You will be based in Zaventem with the ability to work in a hybrid way.
**Profile description**
If you have the following experience and competences
- You are a true business partner, able to translate the business priorities into effective HR programs
- Solid experience in international social law, with in-depth knowledge of international legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees. Experience in other HR domains such as Compensation & Benefits, HR administration & payroll, Human Capital are a big plus
- You have an excellent operational HR knowledge with a strong drive for execution
- You are process driven, with strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and experience in the implementation of HR systems
- You have a pro-active, analytical mindset with eye for detail and the right sense of urgency
- You have strong business acumen, financial acumen, and ability to utilize business and HR metrics to make decisions
- You can communicate in a professional, positive way with all levels of the organization and navigate effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment
- You have a master’s degree in in law, economics, or HR, with at least 6 years of experience in HR, of which at least 3 years in an international setting
- You are fluent in English
