Je toekomstige werkgever**
Onze klant, een multinational die actief is in de luchtvaartsector telt meer dan 200 werknemers (arbeiders, bedienden en kaderleden) in België. Het HR-departement bestaat uit 4 personen en is op zoek naar een vijfde collega. Dit is een bedrijf dat in een groeifase zit en een positieve dynamiek heeft. Het is een bedrijf in voortdurende change modus. De cultuur is informeel.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Je zal deel uitmaken van het globaal HR Team en rapporteren aan HQ in de VS. Je zal als HR BP verantwoordelijk zijn voor de levenscyclus van de werknemer gaande van onboarding tot de exit. Daarnaast werk je samen met de business om de noden op het gebied van rekrutering te identificeren en samen te werken met de recruiters. Je zal ook de performance cyclus beheren en mee de verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle taken hierrond zoals gesprekken rond promoties en reward. Ten slotte zal je line managers adviseren rond change, verbetering rond performance en talent.
**Jouw profiel**
Je hebt al minstens 6 jaar ervaring binnen HR, je bent in het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring. Idealiter heb je in een multinational gewerkt. Je hebt een goede kennis van sociale wetgeving. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met blue collar workers en vakbonden. Door de drang naar innovatie van dit bedrijf moet je goed kunnen omgaan met change. Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels en Nederlands omdat je met vele nationaliteiten zult omgaan. Ten slotte moet je een oplossingsgerichte attitude hebben.
