Gérer les commandes web et leur suivi dans le CRM Traiter les demandes clients par mail et téléphone Suivre les expéditions avec les transporteurs et organiser les retours/avoirs. Assurer la gestion quotidienne : devis, suivi des réassorts, factures/avoirs, mises à jour des archives. Piloter l'après-vente : réclamations clients/fournisseurs/transporteurs, gestes commerciaux, reporting et suivi administratif. Expérience préalable en service client / administration des ventes / customer service. Bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, Outlook) et d'un CRM. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Sens du service client, diplomatie et réactivité face aux imprévus. Langues : français courant, bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et du néerlandais (oral et écrit). Un contrat à durée indéterminée dans une entreprise internationale en forte croissance.
