Entry, processing, and follow-up of customer orders through to delivery and invoicing (Order to Cash). Replenishment and management of consignment orders, with proactive follow-up of customer files. Centralization of customer complaints, with internal consultation to provide appropriate solutions. Close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Experience in order processing, invoicing, and delivery management Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Experience with an ERP system (such as Navision or AX) is a plus Ability to work independently, pragmatically, and resourcefully Experience in the FMCG sector is essential A key position within a leading and growing company A dynamic and friendly work environment An attractive compensation package A close-knit and collaborative team
